Make content with my games

Streams, videos, Shorts and reviews of Farmer Toon and Soul Savior are welcome, and you can monetize them. Here are the few rules, in plain words.

What you can do

No need to ask first, and no need to send a message. As long as you follow the few rules below, you can make content with Farmer Toon and Soul Savior.

Go ahead

  • Stream the games and post videos, Shorts, TikToks, reviews, guides and let's plays
  • Monetize that content: ads, sponsorships, channel memberships, subscriptions, donations and tips
  • Use gameplay footage, the in-game music and sounds, and screenshots you capture yourself
  • Use the game logos, key art and screenshots from the press kits in your thumbnails, overlays and channel art about the game
  • Make fan art and fan videos and share them for free

Please don't

  • Use anything from the games in hateful, harassing, discriminatory or sexual content
  • Sell, redistribute or repackage game assets (art, logos, models, music, sounds), or put them on merchandise
  • Use game assets in another game, app or product
  • Present your content as official, or suggest that Techinox sponsors, endorses or partners with you
  • Impersonate Techinox, for example on social networks or Discord

Partnerships and official content

Using the logos in a thumbnail is fine. What's not fine is anything that makes viewers believe there's a deal with Techinox when there isn't: words like "official", "sponsored by Techinox" or "partner", using the Techinox studio logo as if you were affiliated, or selling paid content as if it came from the developer.

Nice to have

None of this is required, but it helps a solo developer a lot:

  • Put the game's name in your title so players can find it.
  • Add a link to the Steam page in your description: Farmer Toon or Soul Savior.
  • Send me your video at thetechinox@gmail.com or post it on Discord. I watch them and I share the ones I like.

Keys and early access

Want a key for Soul Savior, or something for a giveaway? Email thetechinox@gmail.com with a link to your channel and a few words about what you'd like to make. I read every request, though I can't always say yes.

The fine print

This policy gives you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to use Farmer Toon and Soul Savior material in your content under the rules above. It isn't a transfer of any rights: everything stays the property of Techinox.

Techinox may update this policy, and may ask for a specific piece of content to be edited or taken down if it breaks these rules. In that case, I'll always contact you first and try to sort it out together.

This permission only covers Techinox's own material. Some content in the games may belong to others (for example licensed music or fonts). If a platform flags something, contact me and I'll help.

You also need to follow the rules of the platform you publish on, such as YouTube, Twitch or TikTok, including their rules about sponsored content.
